New to CrossFit? No problem! Prior to starting group classes, you will work 1 on 1 with a CrossFit Coach to learn and establish proper form and mechanics on all basic movements and lifts. Once you have completed CrossFit Rockwall’s Foundations Course, you will be ready and feel confident to jump into our group CrossFit classes!
Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. CrossFit is designed for everyone regardless of fitness level or limitations. Our years of experience with programming CrossFit workouts has led to a methodology of training which incorporates the core movements of life while focusing on longevity and injury free training for our athletes. Our hour-long class will consist of a group warm-up, weight lifting, skill training, conditioning, accessory work and or group cool down.
At CrossFit Rockwall, we believe that training and nutrition go hand in hand to produce the best possible results our clients. We offer 1 on 1 nutrition coaching along with accountability coaching. Our athletes learn the basics of healthy eating, healthy portion control, and ways to optimize training through personalized nutrition coaching and mentoring. 1
At CrossFit Rockwall, we believe training and exercise shouldn’t just be limited to the adults! Throughout the year, CrossFit Rockwall runs CrossFit Kids which focuses on teaching our youth proper body mechanics, discipline within fitness, and ways to have fun while exercising!
CrossFit Rockwall is excited to announce that we will now be offering the use of our InBody 270 Body Composition Analyzer to help our athletes set goals and better track their progress in the box!
